Delete your TheLouk account

Delete from the app

1. 1.Open TheLouk and sign in.
2. 2.Go to the Profile tab.
3. 3.Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom of the screen.
4. 4.Confirm. Your account and its data are erased immediately.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app, email info@thelouk.com from the address registered to your account. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• •Your profile, name, bio and relationship status
• •Your profile photo and any images you uploaded
• •Your likes, matches and the rooms you joined
• •Your conversations and messages
• •Your notification history and push tokens

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore an account once it has been deleted.

What we keep, and for how long

• Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics

  Contains no information that identifies you.

  Retained indefinitely

• Records required by law, such as fraud or abuse reports

  Retained only where we are legally required to keep them.

  Up to 12 months, then deleted
